MOLDING: For production of serial parts weighing up to 300 kg per unit, Cruzaço has a set of molding machines of high productive capacity which operates in many sizes. Large parts (up to 9,000 kg), are molded manually by no-bake molding, using a big continuous mixer.

HEAT TREATMENT: A set of six furnaces for normalization, quenching, tempering and solubilization, allows the performing of heat treatment under the most strict specification
FINISHING: Three swing tables abrasion blaster machines,01 fixed blast cabin for parts up to 3m diameter,several pendulum and pedestal grinding, welding machines, pneumatic and electric tools and hydraulic press for straightening. Qualified personnel conduct the operations and process.

MACHINING: This sector is equipped with several equipments to assist our production line.
QUALITY CONTROL: We count on multiple quality control resources, which comprise: sand laboratory, chemical analysis, mechanical properties testing (Tension test, Bend test and Charpy), metallographic analysis and dimensional inspection. The chemical composition is rigorously controlled during the heats by means of a state-of-the-art optical spectrometer capable of checking 25 elements simultaneously. Skilled personnel conduct non-destructive examinations such as ultra-sonic, magnetic particles, penetrating liquid and others.
